What we do

Four ways we take it off your hands

Most jobs are quoted from a photo, so you don't have to be home for an estimate. If two of these happen on the same visit, they're cheaper together.

Junk removal & dump runs

Garage and basement cleanouts, old furniture, appliances, moving leftovers, the pile behind the shed. We load it, sweep up, and take it to the county facility.

Lawn care & landscaping

Grass cut, trimmed and edged. Overgrown beds cut back, bushes and shrubs dug out, seasonal cleanups and leaf removal. Debris leaves on the truck, so you are not left with bags at the curb. We do not take on tree work.

Driveways, walkways and patios. We start with plain water and the lowest pressure that does the job, because the wrong nozzle permanently stripes concrete.

Full home inspections, pre-listing walkthroughs and rental inspections, carried out by a licensed Maryland home inspector. We inspect throughout Maryland — not just our service area for the other work. Written report, photographs, and time on the call afterward to talk it through.

Add $40 if it has to come from inside, the basement or the backyard. Mattresses, TVs, tires and fridges carry a $35 disposal fee each — they cost us extra at the landfill and we'd rather say so than bury it in the quote. Recurring lawn customers are priced lower per visit — ask about a schedule.

How we work

Bayside is a family-owned Maryland LLC, registered and in good standing since 2023. We are deliberately small, and that is the point — the person who quotes your job is accountable for how it gets done, and you deal with the same people from the first message to the final sweep.

Being small also means we move quickly. Quotes come back the same day. Most jobs are scheduled inside the week. You get a two-hour window the night before and a message when we are on the way, rather than an all-day wait and silence.

Questions people actually ask

What won't you take?

Paint, solvents and household chemicals, propane tanks, motor oil, antifreeze and gasoline, ammunition and fireworks, medical waste, and anything we suspect contains asbestos. If you're not sure, send a photo and we'll tell you straight away.

Do you do tree work?

No. We cut grass, cut back overgrown beds, and remove bushes and shrubs — but we do not take down trees, remove limbs or grind stumps. That is specialist work with its own equipment and insurance, and we would rather point you to someone who does it properly than take it on halfway. If a tree service leaves you with a pile of brush, we will gladly haul that away.

Do I need to be home?

Not if everything is outside and you've confirmed the price. Plenty of our jobs are done while the customer is at work. If it's coming from inside the house, someone needs to let us in.

Where does it all go?

A Baltimore County disposal facility, on a commercial account, with a weigh ticket for every load. Anything we can recycle or donate, we do. Nothing gets left on a back road.

How fast can you come?

Usually the same week, often within a couple of days. We run most weekdays and Saturdays. If it's urgent, say so — sometimes we can add you to a run that's already going past you.

Are you insured?

Yes. Bayside is a registered Maryland LLC carrying general liability insurance, and our crew is covered. We're happy to send a certificate of insurance before we start — property managers and realtors usually want one, and we send it without being asked twice.

Do you work with realtors and landlords?

Yes — it is a substantial part of what we do. Pre-listing cleanouts, turnovers between tenants, and exterior washing before photo day. One invoice, flat rate, and we work around showings and lockboxes. Ask about standing arrangements if you turn over units regularly.
